Organizatsiya Cast/Crew Screening Director Clay Ayers 08-28-15 Alamo Drafthouse-Katy

We are back from the cast/crew screening of Director Clay Ayers' new feature movie Organizatsiya at the Alamo Drafthouse-Katy. Wow! This is Mr. Ayers directorial debut Movie and feature Tuesday, July 28th.. Mr. Ayers did a fantastic job on this movie, starring Dave Maldonado Jennifer Rogers Neal Kodinsky and Elsa Marquez. Also a huge list of great Houston/Austin talent too many to name here. If you get a chance to see this movie, you will not regret it. Very well-done. Keep an eye out for this director. He will be in production of his second movie " Illusions of Cyn" being shot here in Houston and in August. More in our magazine.... release is scheduled for August 5th. And look for Mr. Ayers in one of our September WEEKLYS.

Overdose: Death of a Punk Rocker Premeiere July 20, 2015 Director DJ Yarotsky

We went to the premiere of Houston area Director DJ Yarotsky's new feature movie "Overdose: Death of a Punk Rocker" at the Wellborne Cinema Four in Alvin Texas, Monday, July 20th, 2015. A movie about one man's  quest to find out what really happened to his best friend. A surreal venture into music and drugs, Overdose was an interesting movie. Some people enjoyed it (as we did) and others didn't as the story made several tangents and side tracked a bit. But, the movie was well made and we think Writer and Director did a great job in casting and in the technical aspects of filmmaking. This is Mr. Yarotsky's first movie and his directorial feature movie. Houston Premiere of Director R.Scott Leisk's "Gang Money Run" 07-20-15

We went to the Houston Premiere of San Antonio Director R. Scott Leisk's feature movie "Gang Money Run" at the Studio Movie Grilll-CityCentre Monday, July 20th, 2015.  Look for Mr. Leisk on the cover of one of our August WEEKLYS. Originally, titled "Mahogany Sunrise" and shot in San Antonio the movie is available on Redbox. The movie was well-made. This movie won a Platinum Remi Award at last year's Worldfest Houston. Director R. Scott Leisk and Actor Craig Rainey were on hand at the Houston premiere to answer your questions. Rival Studios meeting at Silver Street Studio and Nick Nicholson

We are in production of the July/August issue of C47Houston News & Entertainment Magazine and met with some of the filmmakers at ‪#‎RivalStudios‬ early this afternoon. It was good to see Actor James Tucker, Producer Debra Hale, Director John Hale, Editor Gerald Morris and Actor/Producer Nick Nicholson. The studio is located at the ‪#‎SilverStreetStudio‬ complex. They are all excellent people and they are working on several projects. WE were there to meet with Nick Nicholson and to take a few photos. We have an Announcement coming up next week, Monday so look for that.

Director Jonathan Milton and Cinematographer/Executive Producer Justin Milton promote the Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 issues of C47Houston WEEKLY. The brothers will be on the cover of the WEEKLY. There they will talk about their first feature venture, "The Foreign Exchange Student". The motion picture is currently in post and they hope to enter the film to some outstanding festivals throughout the country.
