C47Houston News & Entertainment Magazine is happy to announce that the May/June 2013 issue of the magazine is released. From what we can tell and for the first time, the electronic copy outsells the hardcopies. We hope this continues as the hardcopy format is a getting expensive to produce. Coming up, the first part of July, there will be an increase in subscription rates for both the eCopy and Hardcopy formats. This is mainly due to increase production costs, printing costs and more importantly our goal to pay our staff for their hard work in providing our readers and subscribers with NEWS and happenings about the Texas TV/Movie scene.
On the cover of the May/June issue is Director Michael Walters. He is a TV producer and director who is crossing over into making quality and high-end production valued movies. In the covers is the talented and wonderful Shelley Calene-Black. She is getting more and more parts in some of Texas' better independent movie makers. Shelley has hundreds of credits under her name with Japanese Animation projects. Yes, Ms. Calene-Black is famous and a cult figure with her fans.
In other news, WE hope to be better in posting on this blog. With Facebook, Twitter, our website, calendar, linkedIn and other social network sites it is hard to keep up with the demands that our subscribers expect of our magazine. We are getting better at keeping you informed.
Also, we are in the production phase of our July/August issue so stay tuned.
Have NEWS..please let us know.. send me an email, personally at: hector.luna1@yahoo.com
We hope to hear from you.
Sincerely, H.Luna, Producer.
